75F to Expand Multi-Site Building Automation Portfolio with $45M

February 12, 2025: 75F, which claims to have built world’s most advanced IoT-Based Building Management System has announced a $45 million investment plans to grow its operations and fast-track its AI-driven platform, Saffron AI, which was launched in the year 2023.

The startup has chalked out aggressive plans to upgrade its solutions for multi-site portfolios, including offices, retail chains, school districts, municipalities, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.

75F records 1800 installations across nine countries

Founded in 2012 by Deepinder Singh and Pankaj Chawla, 75F develops and manufactures IoT-based building management systems. With over 1,800 installations across nine countries, the company provides smart sensors and controls, leveraging IoT, cloud computing, and machine learning for data-driven building intelligence.

The series B funding deal which was announced on Tuesday was led by Accurant International’s Net Zero Alliance, with participation from Carrier Global Corporation, Climate Investment, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Next47, and WIND Ventures.
