BluSapphire Cyber Systems to deploy $9.2 Mn to upscale SaaS platform growth

BluSapphire Cyber Systems a new round of $9.2 million closure as part of its Series A round. The startup will use the money to rapidly expand its SaaS platform across North America and India.

“BluSapphire offers a full stack cybersecurity platform, which helps automate cybersecurity operations. The efficiencies offered by their platform can reduce SOC operating expenses by close to 70% with cutting edge detection and response times,” said Arul Mehra, Partner, Barings Private Equity India.

The rapidly growing cybersecurity SaaS platform BluSapphire was established in Hyderabad in 2014 by Kiran Vangaveti, a Gartner Cool Vendor. Customers now have the capacity to thwart sophisticated cyberattacks in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid work environments owing to the full stack AI and predictive analytics platform.

The new funding round was led by Barings Private Equity India with participation from cross border VC firm Dallas Venture Capital, RPG Ventures and Merisis Venture Partners, Binny Bansal backed xto10x. ValueBridge Capital was the sole advisor for this transaction.
