Devtron raises $12 Mn to spearhead business growth

Devtron, a SaaS firm, has raised $12 Mn in a new investment round that was spearheaded by Insight Partners. The startup, which has offices in the US and India, will utilise the capital to grow its staff, create technological platforms, and enter new markets.

Devtron assists companies with setting up continuous integration and delivery, help management, access control, logging, among other things, on their interfaces. It was founded in 2019 by Prashant Ghildiyal, Nishant Kumar, and Rajesh Razdan.

“Devtron integrates with products across the lifecycle of microservices, and in particular Kubernetes, enabling its users to deploy faster and automate their CI/CD pipelines without worrying about Kubernetes knowhow. This saves significant time and resources to build and deploy in production,” said Josh Zelman, principal at Insight Partners.

Devtron stated to be present in the US, Europe, and India. When it comes to creating software and technological solutions, Prashant and Nishant, the company’s founders, both have extensive backgrounds. Rajesh, meanwhile, is an entrepreneur and angel investor with background in the corporate software industry.

The company’s founders also claim that their customers have seen a 5x improvement in their projects and a 90% reduction in product failures.

“We are elated to have Insight Partners join our board together with the continued trust of Leo Capital and other angel investors. Since becoming open source, we have seen thousands of nimble startups across the globe installing Devtron every month along with many fast-growing startups as our commercial customers,” said Prashant Ghildiyal and Rajesh Razdan, cofounders of Devtron.

In addition to other angel investors, Leo Capital took part in the investment round.
