Snabbit Eyes 200+ Markets With $19M Funding

May 30, 2025 : Hyperlocal home services startup Snabbit has raised $19 million in a Series B funding round to support its aggressive expansion plans across Indian cities. The company aims to simplify access to reliable household services and will use the new capital to expand into over 200 micro-markets in the next nine months.

Founded in March 2024, Snabbit offers on-demand services such as plumbing, electrical repair, and salon treatments through its digital platform. The company initially launched operations in Powai, Mumbai, and has since scaled to multiple locations across Mumbai and Bengaluru. It currently operates in 10 micro-markets.

This round of funding follows a previous raise earlier this year. In total, Snabbit has secured $24.5 million in funding since January 2025.

“The last round was to prove that what we built in Powai could be scaled in other markets,” said founder Aayush Agarwal. “We expanded to other Mumbai neighborhoods and launched in Bengaluru. The results exceeded our expectations, giving us the confidence to grow faster.”

The company plans to invest in team building, technology infrastructure, and market operations to support its scaling efforts.

Snabbit’s funding comes amid renewed interest in the home services sector. Urban Company recently launched its ₹1,900 crore IPO, and competitor Pronto raised $2 million from Bain Capital earlier this month.

The Series B round was led by Lightspeed, with continued participation from Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners. All three firms were existing investors in the company.
