According to the founders the idea behind by OneGreen was simple – We weren’t expecting to come across two challenges almost immediately into our green journey. First, we couldn’t find sustainable and organic products easily. Once we did, we weren’t sure if the product was actually organic, pure, green, and sustainable or if they just claimed it. There were no specific quality checks at the store-end to ensure if products are as authentic or organic as they claim to assure the conscious consumer.
The online shop OneGreen validates and verifies the claims of 350+ brands, 12,000+ products and 80+ categories that are offering clean, organic, conscious products. The company has built an in-house proprietary algo-based tool that gives assurance to consumers in order to facilitate an ecosystem that is transparent, genuine and credible.

Talking about her investment, Bollywood actor Gul Panag said, “I have always believed in clean living. My choices are not radical – they are very much regular ones except that they were earlier not considered popular. “
The round also had fitness expert, aviator, producer and Bollywood actor, Gul Panag invest an undisclosed amount in OneGreen.
