The three main modules being offered include:

  • Automation for claims intake and triage, to speed up the claims process and reduce human error.
  • Risk scoring engines, that use both structured and behavioral data to evaluate risk more accurately.
  • Fraud detection tools, designed to track and identify suspicious patterns, aiding special investigative units (SIU).

ForaySoft and ES Searchconsultants are working together to offer practical solutions that insurers can easily integrate into their daily operations,” said Mrudula Munagala, President at ES Search Consultants. “These are not just abstract concepts. These are actionable tools made for underwriters, claims adjusters, and fraud teams.”

In addition to these new tools, ForaySoft also announced an expansion of its AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad. The company plans to significantly scale up its operations, with plans to hire 100 new professionals across engineering and delivery teams in the coming months. This move will support the growing demand for digital transformation solutions in the insurance sector.

“We believe this partnership aligns with our goal to help businesses modernize their operations with next-generation technology,” said Vasu Babu Vajja, Managing Director of ForaySoft. “The expansion of our AI CoE will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative solutions tailored to industries such as insurance, which are ripe for transformation.”

The announcement comes at a time when the global insurance industry is increasingly adopting technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. According to McKinsey & Company, insurers leading in digital transformation have seen significantly higher shareholder returns over the past five years.

ForaySoft’s new solutions are expected to help insurers achieve better operational outcomes by improving the speed, accuracy, and reliability of their claims and risk operations. As part of this initiative, the company is also launching pilot programs with insurance clients across India, the US, and the Middle East in 2025.

With a team of over 300 professionals already in place and a growing number of experts expected to join, ForaySoft is making a clear commitment to its future in insurance technology, continuing to innovate and expand its capabilities globally.
