MERGEN Targets 4+ New Verticals with $1M ServiceNow CoE

Hyderabad, India, August 4, 2025 : MERGEN Corporates has launched a new ServiceNow Digital Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, marking a key expansion in its delivery capabilities. The facility has already onboarded over 50 specialists in ServiceNow technologies and plans to double this number by early 2026.

The center is housed within the company’s Global Delivery Center, starting with a 150-seat capacity and an additional 8,000 square feet earmarked for future expansion.

“Our new Center of Excellence for ServiceNow strengthens our commitment to delivering greater execution speed, operational efficiency, and business value for our growing client base,” said Mahanth Mallikarjuna, Founder & CEO, MERGEN. “The CoE will focus on building industry-specific solutions, accelerating project execution through low-code and AIOps capabilities, expanding into new verticals, and growing our certified talent pool to support evolving client needs.”
