Zenergize Raises $4 Million, Targets ₹100 Cr Revenue Run Rate

September 1, 2026: Zenergize Technologies has raised USD 4 Million (nearly ₹33.5 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round as the deep-tech startup looks to scale its silicon carbide (SiC) based power electronics business and expand its manufacturing footprint.

The company, founded by IIT and IIM alumni, has reached an annual revenue run rate of ₹30 crore and built an order book of more than ₹150 crore within a year of commercialisation. It is now targeting an annual revenue run rate of over ₹100 crore in its next phase of growth.

The fresh capital will be used to increase manufacturing capacity, strengthen engineering capabilities and expand Zenergize’s sales and service network across the country. The company also plans to accelerate research and development and build the operational capacity needed to work with large enterprises and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Zenergize has developed indigenous SiC based DC fast charger and solar inverter platforms. Its chargers have received automotive certifications, while its solar inverters have secured Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification.

The company is positioning its technology across electric vehicle charging, solar power and other high power applications, with a focus on developing and manufacturing power electronics products in India.

Zenergize to Scale Indigenous SiC Power Electronics

“The past year has demonstrated that world class power electronics can be designed, manufactured and commercially viable in India. Our next phase is about building the manufacturing scale, engineering capability and customer partnerships required to make Indian technology globally competitive,” said Navneet Daga, co-founder and CEO of Zenergize Technologies.

The latest round was led by Giraffe Studios, which increased its existing investment in the company. The funding comprised a mix of equity and venture debt and takes Zenergize’s total funding raised to ₹50.5 crore. The company had previously raised ₹17 crore in a seed round.

The round also saw participation from strategic investors including Nikhil Sawhney of Triveni Turbine, Varun Agarwal of Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases, Shyam Bagri of Bagrry’s Holdings and Raoul Bajaj of Trafigura.

Angel investors participating in the round included Sunil Kalra, Ajith Pai, former chief operating officer of Delhivery, Sandeep Barasia, former chief business officer of Delhivery, Nitin Jain, managing director of Neo Group, and Hemant Daga, chief executive officer of New Bank.
